Who: Teddy & Andromeda (BDH) What: talking When: Friday Where: Teddy's (& Victoire's) house in Greek World. Warnings: emotions are highly likely.
Andromeda's initial reaction to the unknown person asking questions about her world had not been a good one. Panic and dread and guilt had washed over her all at once, but she had taken note of the girl's handwriting from writing back and forth with Dennis, and notified him immediately. Whether that was the right thing to do, she didn't know, but she had not the faintest idea what to say to the girl. Having someone prying into the details of their world had not happened since she'd gotten here, though, and it was not a pleasant surprise.
She was worried about what might be said, and what might not be said, as well. And then... oh, then her Theodore had replied, and he had given no information that might lead back to her. He had protected her. That took away her paranoia somewhat, but made her guilt much worse. She loved her grandson so much, and she had not only betrayed him, but put him in the position of protecting his guilty grandmother. Salazar, she had been awful to him.
She'd been unable to sleep after reading that, and thus ended up baking all night, with what she had purchased from the Greek markets. After training, she put the biscuits and scones in a basket and headed over to Theodore's house before she could second-guess herself. She owed him a real apology and a thank you for protecting her, and she needed to do it in person, to look him in the eye. She owed him that much, and more.
Taking a deep breath, she adjusted the laurel crown on her head and knocked on his door. She hoped he would be home, and preferably alone; much as she wanted to meet and get to know his wife, she would much prefer to do this with Theodore alone.
