Who: Andromedabdh & Nymphadorathg What: first meeting! well... yeah, basically their first meeting. When: Saturday after Dora arrives (backdated) Where: Epsilon Warnings: TBD
Andromeda was, for the most part, absolutely delighted that Nymphadora was back. It wasn't the best timing; Verena was in quite a state over her sister's arrival, and Andromeda had wanted to stay with her, but Nymphadora seemed to need her just as much. She was new, and overwhelmed; well, strictly speaking she had been here before, younger, but Andromeda was fairly certain she wouldn't remember that. She had been exceedingly fond of that version of her daughter, though; had talked to her more than any of the others, about her world, about her games (and how she'd used her talents to win). Andromeda had not actually gotten a chance to meet with her face to face, though she had wanted to; she'd spent more time with Ted from that world, although they didn't talk much about anything very important, simply kept each other company. She missed him dearly and selfishly hoped that the return of his daughter might mean that he would return too, perhaps also from a different time.
But just having Nymphadora here was wonderful. She loved all of the family she had here-- even one of Bellatrix's daughters, much to her very great surprise and slight concern-- but would not ever complain about there being more. Even if her own husband and daughter from her world never actually showed up here, she still had more family here than back home. More family, and less worries; less of a lie to live, less blood to accumulate on her hands. She very deeply hoped that she would never be returned to her future back home.
She saw the pink-haired girl before she even got to Epsilon; she would have recognized that head of hair anywhere. Already smiling, but with a slight lump in her throat (thankfully, enough Nymphadoras had been here that she'd mostly gotten past the tears upon meeting them, though she would have tried to hide them anyway), she moved toward the girl, opening her arms for a hug. "Hello, love."
