Victor Hesse is my Alex Krycek (XF) character of choice. Yes, I adore James in all his personalities. that said, I'm dying for a Fix-it fic that explains how Victor survives the kill shot, and pairs him with Steve.

2. Your characters find themselves locked in and can't get out, soooo...they find something to pass the time.
