Dressed rather more casually than she normally did, Pansy breezed into Finnigan's just a couple of minutes before four. She was looking forward to her early dinner with Millicent; it had been an age since they'd properly caught up. She snagged a free table in the corner, facing the door so she could wave Millicent over when she arrived.
She didn't have to wait long, her friend walked in shortly after. Pansy waited for Millicent to settle herself, then asked, "How are you darling? Did your interview go well?"
