RP: Business arrangements and kitteh cats
Who: Rolf and Millicent

What: Business appointment

Where: The Bestiary, corner of Monument and Diagon

When: 3pm

Rating: SFW

Rolf had been doing steady business all day, though things had sped up significantly around the lunch hour when everyone else had the time off to run errands. Instead he'd been working the counter. There was a small lull, however, and after making sure anything that got fed midday was fed, he sat back behind the counter and worked on the sandwich he'd made earlier. Bast sprawled on the counter in front of him, taking up far more room than a cat should legally be able to possess, and pretended to ignore him in hopes of getting a nibble.

Just before three, he set the plate aside, to the tail-flicking disgruntlement of his familiar. Rolf smiled fondly and plucked a small piece of extra meat from the crust and fed it to her. She daintily deigned to eat it and then went back to her fake ignoring. He snorted to himself and stroked her head to tail anyway, earning a purr. He knew her well.

He looked up again from what was turning into a quite thorough belly rub when the quiet chime sounded at the door.
