Hermione shook her head slightly at the memory. "It was my fault really. I didn't realize he'd begun to climb and I left a parchment I was working on with my ink and quill on the table while I went to loo. When I returned he was standing in my chair making his own edits to my document. Since he had written all over what I'd written on I with the exact same ink I couldn't simply clear the parchment so I had to rewrite the entire thing." If anything, having Teddy around had definitely helped her learn to be wary and attentive of her own future children so as not to allow them to repeat Teddy's antics if that were possible.
"Yes, that is another theory," Hermione sighed. "It is the theory most people cling to because it is in the favor of Wizards. I believe the truth is found if you find the balancing point between the two. Yet we would have to create groups to test each theory to see which if any is closest to the truth." Hermione didn't see such research as being humane on either the master or the elf so it was something that would have to be left to speculation, at least as far as she was concerned.
