“And the Magpies has the Quaffle! Across the pitch the go… but Moon hits a Bludger and the Quaffle is back with the Bats.
“OH! That was a close one, the Bludger whizzed right by Quirke’s ear. She looks madder than a hatter, folks! This could get interesting! Here we go, the Quaffle is headed at Capper – and oooh, that’s a score for the Bats!”

“Boot is in rare form today. Blocked yet another attempt by the Magpies to score. And the Bats’ chasers are off down the pitch. Where are all the Bludgers? Score! 380-200, Bats!
“There are the Bludgers! Quirke seems to be intent on wiping Moon right off his broom with that hit! But there they go, back at the Chasers again.
“No sign of the Snitch as of yet, though … is it? No, looks like Krum is just leading a Bludger right into the Bats’ Chaser formation. Magpies have the Quaffle, going, going, around a Bludger, and score, Magpies! 380-210, Bats still in the lead!”

“Krum is looking less than pleased with his Beaters today. Another chance missed and the Bats score again. A Bludger could have come in handy there! But looking over at the Bats’ captain as well, and he’s not very happy looking either despite Boots’ stellar job and the Bats’ lead!
“And the Snitch appears! Krum streaks off after it, the Bats seeker too high to attempt it. But oh! It seems to disappear among the Chasers who are tussling over the Quaffle. Krum continues on and the struggle breaks up, Magpies with the Quaffle! Krum streaks off with a Bludger on his tail, straight to his Beaters who send it spinning toward Boot! SCORE, Magpies, 420-320, Bats still leading! It’s an exciting game!”

“Moon sends a Bludger spinning right at Quirke again. Quite the grudge match here today! They’ve been trying to unbroom each other since the beginning of the game! Quirke looks furious, though perhaps not as much so as her Captain!
“OHHH! That had to hurt! Moon is grazed by a Bludger on the shoulder, and oh no! He nearly takes a fall off his broom! He catches himself by his fingertips. A close call there! He doesn’t look pleased in the least! Meanwhile, Bats score again, making it 460-340, Bats!”

“Moon slams another Bludger toward the Magpies’ Keeper. He looks to be in a fair amount of pain, but he’s not been pulled yet. This game is getting intense!”

“There goes Krum, he’s off like a shot! Is he faking us out… NO! There it is, the Golden Snitch! Bats’ Seeker Jameson takes off after him. Krum whips around Quigley, he had to have felt the edge of those robes, following the Snitch in a dive. Cuts across Jameson’s path.
“The Snitch is among the Chasers, but there Krum goes, narrowly missing collisions! Jameson tries to cut him off, but Krum spins and KRUM CATCHES THE SNITCH!
“MONTROSE MAGPIES WIN, 510-480! What a game, folks, what a game!!!”
