Stacey had brought Merry and Pippin to the shop with her after stopping by home for lunch - something she did on occasion because it was her business and she could have them there if she wanted. The entire place had been warded to keep the cats to certain areas, like the lobby and the hallway to her office in the back while not letting them out of the building or into any of the booths where tattoos were actually done.
She was sitting behind the front desk, dangling a string for Pippin when the door chimed open, and she looked up to see a young man who immediately started talking to Merry. With a grin, she answered, "He's trying to escape. Apparently he's under the impression that if he yells at the wards long enough, they might let him out into the places he wants to explore but can't get to."
Grabbing the paper out of the way of Pippin, who was currently more interested in the person holding her brother than anything else, Stacey glanced over the design he'd brought. She looked up and said with a grin, "I'm Stacey. And yeah, I've got the time - you want to do it now, right?"
