"I like this place," he said. "Not that I come here all that often, but it's nice that we have a wizarding space like this in central London now." He'd been to several of the muggle parks scattered through the city but most of them got busy at weekends with families and groups of teenagers. At least the wizarding world was mostly lacking in the latter thanks to them almost all being at Hogwarts. "That's good," he said, pleased to hear that his friend was well.
The thundering of tiny feet made him draw his feet in quickly so he didn't trip the children who zoomed past. Their peals of laughter made him smile as the headed for the play area. "I wish I'd got to ride a broom when I was that small," he said, not the first time he'd been slightly envious of children who grew up in the magical world. Muggle life had, admittedly, treated him very well but some of the toys he saw were that little bit more special than those he'd played with.
