Seamus moved to inspect the boxes of pastries as Justin opened them, accepting the kiss with a smile and a brief one-armed squeeze. "Ah, you provided food, that's what counts," he said, helping himself to what looked like an apple danish. "You're a true gent, as ever." Seamus made a mental note to stand Justin a round or a plate of chips next time he was at the pub, to even the balance between them. Since they almost always spent their time at Justin's he ended up providing more than his fair share of breakfasts and midnight snacks, but Seamus did his best to repay the favours.
"Coffee sounds good." It wasn't early, exactly, but early enough that Seamus still felt a little sleepy. Besides, coffee and sweet pastries was a tried and tested combination. "I don't have to be at work til later. You want to do something?"
