My brother-in-law is amazing. Nathanial might be the occasional pain in my husband's arse, but he knows my sense of humour. He went and sent me a shirt that reads you can touch my belly if i can punch your face. I think it may become my favourite thing ever. Now if he could only send his brother my way too, that would be fantastic.

I don't understand that reference.

It'll be over soon though, right?

I am confident in your abilities to get through that time, even if you do have to hex someone. Or punch them in the face, your preference, I suppose.

Hexing people has never been a problem, much to Mother's chagrin.

Well then, she should be used to it by this point.

Should be is the keyword. Oh well, she's mostly forgiven me for the elopement at the thought of a grandbaby. Mostly.

Have I said congratulations yet? If not, then congratulations. I'm happy that you're happy.

I'm sure she's thrilled. If I never hear my mother complain about not yet having grandchildren again, it will be too soon.

You have said congratulations, but I'll hear it again.

My mother might lend her pseudo-grandparent rights. If that will help? She can play great-auntie.

At this point, I'm willing to try, if only to get her off my back for a while.
