"Well, I was heart-broken, but I would never stand between a mate and the possibility of getting closer to the object of his affection," he teased. "But it pleases me beyond the telling to know you'll be beside me at the celebration of my old age." He pouted. "I'm so old now. Closer to thirty than twenty. Where does the time go?"
Ben joined in the laughter too, and sighed. "I do miss being moony. It's a great feeling. Who knows, maybe I'll meet someone this weekend, and we can be moony together." Ben rather doubted it though, but he was always open to new experiences.
