What: Adrian wants to hire Theo for the potions lab

Adrian had tidied his sitting room in the flat for Theo's visit, though the place was still obviously the home of a formerly-single wizard. In other words: the flat was still a bit of a mess.
When the time they'd agreed on chimed, he set water to heating for tea (not knowing if Theo was a drinker, he figured it was only the polite thing to do) and poured himself a glass of wine to wait. This could be really good for him, he knew, to have the extra help around the lab as he prepared to renovate the flat and turn it into a full lab. And there was the potential store front on the ground level as well. He didn't figure it would count for much more business than he all ready had, but would make his day to day much more seamless and the running of business much easier. He'd pay less in owl fees, too, he figured, at the very least.
Now, just to convince Theo that working for him was a good idea.
