"Yes, he starts for Ballycastle now," he answered, supposing that he should be grateful that the reporters hadn't yet caught wind of their rivalry, though it was probably only a matter of time. "And honestly, Pans, I don't care nearly enough to speculate on any of Moon's habits."
Offering her a hint of a smirk, he answered, "Because most people are idiots?" Pausing their conversation while the waiter approached again to take their order, he handed over the menu quickly enough, because he didn't need it to ask for something as simple as lasagne, before turning back to her and adding, "And you could never be boring, darling."
