Charlie had got up around lunchtime as usual and spent the afternoon doing a combination of errands and slouched around reading his latest book, which was a muggle sci-fi novel he'd picked up from Finnigan's. He was sure he was missing a lot of the references but it was still fun. He decided that after lazing around for a while it was time to do something. Something being going for a run in his case. Before he left he put pasta bake together and stuck it in the oven. It should be nearly done by the time he was back, giving him time to have a shower before he dressed and ate.
Only when he came back in, sweaty and rapidly cooling down his sister was sitting on the sofa eating a cupcake. "Ginny?" he asked, confused. Obviously he was happy to see her but she didn't show up very often. He knew Romilda must have let Ginny in, but she wasn't in evidence anywhere.
He closed the door and crossed to the sofa, reaching out with a hand before realising it wasn't exactly clean and taking it back. "How're you?" he asked. "Want a drink?" He was due for another cup of coffee himself.
