Genie wasn't particularly worried about this interview, and it had nothing to do with the fact they occasionally did things outside of the club. Charlie was pretty upfront with her about things and she knew where she stood, and she loved her job. If she'd done anything wrong, she was pretty sure he'd have mentioned it by now.
There was always the gnawing worry about her monthly problem, but today, at least, it didn't weigh on her enough to become anxiety. Her chief worry on that these days was Owen, who was off at school now, and how he might let the secret slip at some point, or they'd find out.
She finished tying her hair back as she headed to his office, and then rapped her knuckles on the door before sticking her head in. "You ready for me?" she asked.
