The feel of her fingertips on his face - just a light brush - sent shivers down his spine and his smile grew. "I've missed you, too," he whispered back, and then moved to kiss her neck lightly. "Love you, too," he murmured against her skin.
He really had missed her: her smile, her jokes, the way she put him in his place. But he'd also missed her lips, and the way her leg was wrapped between his now reminded him of other things he'd missed, too.
