It happens to be a very traditional household: house-elf staff mostly. Seems unlikely. I thought it was the children's nanny until she started getting threatening notes, so unless she's sending them to herself it probably isn't her.

The British domination only became obvious to me when I was travelling to the various dragon reserves and I saw what others had. It differed so much.

I don't do too badly, just once in a while I forget. I can understand her being upset when Echo decides she also deserves mouse tributes.
