Re: Early: Lucy and Angie, and Open
"Confusing but exciting is a good description at least until you're used to it," she said, nodding. Having grown up with Quidditch it was all pretty normal to her, but she remembered her muggleborn year-mates and how they had reacted to the game.
Then Lucy was blushing too. Best not to investigate that one either. New people weren't used to her enthusiastic investigation. And it could be maybe seen as a bit nosy. And really it was usually reserved for her close friends. "Oh, she'll be a great chaperone," Angie enthused. "Knows what's going on, and the rules and stuff. Sadly I usually only get time to listen to matches if I'm not playing in them." She was hoping she could get to a place where she could go to a match once in a while too, but mostly listening and reading the post-match summaries from the team was enough since she usually had either a match to get over or match to prepare for when other games were on.
"So, what is it you do?" she asked. "Since we've regaled you about our world. Even if she doesn't play any more." She hooked a thumb at Katie and grinned.
