Angie snorted inelegantly and nodded. "Yeah, I know how that goes," she said. "Smudge is pretty much in charge of my flat and has been since about a week after I adopted her. Although I have to admit I've aimed towards more muggle methods of keeping her in after the first oh, five or six times I found her missing when I got home."
Jumping back to her feet Angelina bounced slightly on her toes and generally gave the impression of quite a lot of energy even though she'd just finished a run. "Smudge tends more towards the bossy up to a point, that point being a bit of a moving target," she said.
"Oh, Angelina Johnson by the way, nice to meet you," she said, holding out a hand, hoping that Bast would wind up in a position that would allow shaking hands. She'd very much understand if he had his hands full though.
