A whole new world?

Someone left a muggle magazine behind in the Corner today so I had a look through it. I was there for a few hours and they didn't come back, so I thought it was okay to take the magazine away.

If you're wondering where the mannequin has gone, I borrowed it. I can bring it back if you need it.

I think if I went somewhere new I might enjoy portraits more. I know it's good to move away from always seeing familiar things all the time, and isn't an artist supposed to be able to go places that other people wouldn't? But I'm nervous. I've never travelled anywhere far on my own - what if something goes wrong or I ~~ruin my reputation~~ don't like it?

Maybe after Shauna's wedding I'll decide.

Thanks for telling me. I had sort of wondered. Which is a miracle considering my observation levels today! Apparently they're better than I thought they were.

Have you been to the National Portrait Gallery? The Muggle one, in London. That's not so far away, it's one of my favourite places, and I'm sure we could persuade Braith to come too, especially since the National Gallery is next door. If you're thinking of somewhere abroad La Louvre in Paris is probably ideal. I've never actually been but it's on my list.

	Traveling by yourself is definitely scary at first. But once you do it a few times it's rather addicting! Highly suggest doing it at least once, though. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	As of late I have been sent out only if there is an irreconcilable situation that requires mediation. It has been a slow summer but when clubs pick up for the tournament season we tend to get a few more out of house assignments. Where, is anyone's guess. (Reply to this) (Parent)
