Dinner
Who: Greg and Romilda
What: Dinner, a business proposition
Where: Somewhere not on Diagon or Monument Alleys
When: Monday 20th July, evening
Rating: SFW, for now

Greg and Von had settled into something of a routine over the last several weeks. Von had his own little bed in one of the kitchen cupboards (it seemed to be what he preferred, and Greg didn't object) and would cook so that dinner was always ready when Greg came home. He also did the washing, cleaning and general organising. Greg was much, much happier since he'd taken Theo's old house-elf in than he had been since he moved out of his mother's house. Von still didn't speak, but they'd found their own way to communicate. When Greg returned home on Monday evening, there was no dinner on the little table. Instead, Von was clutching the parchment Romilda had owled to Greg with the address of a restaurant, and Greg's cloak.

Greg took both, pulling the cloak on against the drizzle and then made his way to Finnigan's. He didn't like apparating to places he didn't know, and his flat was too small for a floo so he often used the public one at the pub. He scowled at everyone he passed on his way to the fire - he didn't know why Romilda wanted to meet, and she'd refused to elaborate over owl. He paused for a moment, checking his pocket for his half of Theo's pair of charms. He wanted to have it just in case. Once he'd confirmed it was there, he grabbed a handful of floo powder and said the address, stepping into the green flames that whipped him away to an unfamiliar street.
