I'm glad you and your family are okay.

I only really have one nightmare - it's always the same event, but in different places. Sometimes, I'll have one long one where that event happens over and over and over again in a different place each time. Those are the worst.

I don't know if I even want to talk about it, but I suppose other people will want to or need to, and I can just listen.
