"Yeah, you do good work old man," Stacey teased, chuckling at Meatball as he waved off her comment.
Returning Luna's smile, she answered, "Magical tattoos are an entirely different process. The trace would have had color, and we would've used a wand instead of the gun, using magic to basically push the color into the skin, the spell for which also ties the charm for the tattoo into the individual's magic so that it can move or change color or whatever. It's a much more intricate process, and it tends to take longer."
Since her arm had been wrapped, Stacey hopped down, darting in to press a quick kiss to one of Meatball's breaded cheeks, sticking her tongue out at him when he waved her off grumpily, though she could see the affectionate smile he was trying to hide.
"Now, I'm hungry, so I'll be going next door to Finnigan's, if you want to join?" she offered to Luna before starting to make her way to the door.
