Bryony moved carefully through Dean's room - very aware of her bulk and trying to avoid bumping into anything. She succeeded and sat on the sofa, hands folded in her lap after she'd smoothed out the older blue robes she generally wore around the studio. "Braith is out collecting potion ingredients," she explained. "She'll probably be gone all day, and maybe tomorrow. I don't know about the others." Ophelia and Cadmus had no real reason to inform her of their movements, unless either of them needed her to do anything for them.
As Dean explained the nature of his difficulty with the potions, Bryony looked around the room at the test canvases Dean had already experimented with. She didn't have much in the way of advice - this was already more complicated than anything she'd helped Braith with, and her own work was still far from the stage where she could start experimenting with potions. She needed to work on realism first, especially when it came to figures. Nibbling her biscuit, she thought hard about what Dean might prefer to talk about. Maybe she could ask him some questions about the muggle area they worked in, that wouldn't be stressful for him and would be useful information to have.
She was just formulating a question when Dean laughed and made an indecipherable - to Bryony - comment about some kind of character. Blushing slightly, Bryony shrugged her ignorance. "Is that a muggle thing?" she asked, assuming that it was because that was her biggest weak spot in terms of knowledge. "Disney?"
