If I have to sit through one more meeting going over the monotonous piles of paperwork that are necessary for proper certification and licensing I may have to hex myself.

How in the hell am I supposed to effectively hire someone for the position when the position hasn't been properly defined and I've been asked not to share too many details on our new direction?
