"Shit, you make a good point," he muttered. "Oh, Ron and Hermione, I'm fairly sure they'll have kids at some point!" he said brightly. He wasn't sure when, but he thought it was likely to be somewhere in their future. Then of course Seamus managed to ruin his vague mental image of a child with curly-frizzy red hair with his own rambling thoughts. He ground to a halt and grimaced. "Oh, Merlin no," he said grimacing, and of course it was basically like Seamus was laughing at his pain, amusing though the idea was. Dominic and Susan were both attractive people but wasn't interested in either of them, never mind both. He chuckled a little along with Seamus after a few seconds though, more because Seamus was amused than he was amused himself.
"Yes you are," Dean said, unable to suppress a smile as Seamus almost slumped against him. He was going to say something about a lion's possible thoughts on ice cream but he didn't really have chance before Seamus started laughing in again, harder this time. He snorted a little and ruffled Seamus' hair. He didn't have the benefit of alcohol to make him laugh so hard. "Yes, probably meat flavour ice cream," he said solemnly, little chuckles shifting his body even though Seamus was still leaning on him. It did, unfortunately mean if he leant forward to try and get the rest of his chips Seamus would probably fall sideways into the sofa behind him so he resisted the urge, even though he wanted them before they went cold, he wanted to slump sideways rather less.
