"Yes, let's," Astoria said before heading inside with her friend. She was, if she were honest, quite hungry. The fact that there was an open table with a decent view made her both happy and grateful. She'd stupidly skipped breakfast, though she doubted that'd make good conversation, so she kept it to herself as she began looking over the lunch menu.
"I'm well, thank you," she replied brightly, looking up from her menu and brushing a bit of her hair behind one ear. "Still fussing about the house, and Mum's asked for a bit of help, but honestly well. How are you? Anything new or exciting in the world of Byrony?" she asked with true interest. She set her menu down to give her friend her attention.
