Journal - Question/Complaint
I'd forgotten how fucking far this city goes for and how many people there are.

How far out do you reckon I need to get before I can take my bike up? Motorbike. Flying. Obviously I don't want to get spotted. Yes it's got all the required spells up to date before any bugger asks.

Flying motorbike? Colour me intrigued.

I keep my car in a car park outside of London - it's not too expensive and there's a hell of a lot less traffic. If you like, I'll take a broom up and see if you'd be alright in the area.

Got a normal bike to start with, but a friend in NZ introduced me to the flying type and I love it. Great way to see stuff as well.

That would be amazing. I don't mind keeping it in the city and driving out, I just want to be able to take it up at the end. Although I guess I could keep it out there if it's secure. Depends how soon I get fed up with all the traffic!

If you're interested in going up sometime I'd be happy to take you once I've found somewhere safe to get up.

It's definitely secure and I find it easier to apparate out and start driving rather, rather than wasting driving time and petrol in the traffic. I'll take a look for you and see if it seems safe.

And I'll absolutely take you up on that offer.

Flying motorbikes? I didn't even know that was a possibility. That might be the coolest thing I've ever heard.

They're not too common, and you have to be careful not to get spotted, but they're amazing. So much fun.

I love the idea of motorbikes, but I've never actually driven one.

Oh they're great, so long as you've got a decent sense of balance. I mean mine's a big fuckoff thing, but you have to start smaller to get used to it.

I've got a little place - old auto repair shop - up on the north edge of town where I park my Jeep and work on brooms. Plenty of room if you'd like to keep your bike there. If you don't Apparate, it is only a few minutes walk from the Cockfoster's Station, North EOL of the Picadilly tube.

How did I forget Cockfosters was a thing?

Oh, thanks for the offer. Dominic Chambers is doing a bit of an investigation for me with a broom near somewhere he knows, but other storage options are totally welcome. And I do Apparate. The bike definitely isn't always a practical option.

Let me know how things work out. Just get in touch if you want me to give you a key.
