Neville's talk with Cormac earlier that week reminded him of Trevor and his unfortunate demise. Of course he hoped the poor toad had not suffered too much and he missed him, but he had to admit that it wasn't really Trevor that he missed as much as it was about having a pet.

Neville worked hard and sometimes the hours were long, but he lived with his Gran still and he'd had this conversation with her before making a decision. Well, as long as Neville got some training for the pet if necessary, why not?

He wasn't decided on what to get yet, but he could always figure it out. He was supposed to work a little later that day and cover a later shift, so he walked in The Bestiary, hoping to find something that would suit them both.
