Even with everything that had been going on with work, St. Patrick’s Day, the twins, the Foundation and just about anything else, Adrian asking for time alone so they could talk had constantly played at the back of Alicia’s mind. From the fact that he had asked the way he had, she had a feeling that it wasn’t an entirely pleasant thing he wanted to talk about, but if it could ease his mind, she would hear him out or give her opinion or anything else he needed.
