Journal: Bryn Cadwallader
It seems that when I actually make decisions things can happen quickly.

I'm pleased to say that today I signed a lease and soon there will be a new sandwich shop in Monument Alley. No opening date yet as there's still a lot of work to do, but I'm looking forward to the challenge.

In the meantime, I still have a couple of day jobs and tonight it's open mic night at the pub, best night of the week.

Sweet Rowena, that's brilliant, Bryn! Congratulations!

Of course, I'll be sad to lose my best employee, so I'll have to enjoy however long you'll still be here, but a sandwich shop? That is great, and I am so happy for you.

Thanks, Mel. You won't be losing me just yet and you might even end up being a guinea pig for some of my menu ideas.

I know, but eventually. Considering all the things I've had you taste and try out the last couple of years, I think it's only fair to turn that around. Looking forward to seeing/tasting what you come up with.
