Dominic and Marietta
"I don't have the best track record with people caring to be in my presence," she sighed as she took a seat a little ways down the bar from where Dominic was setting up a drink station. When she was younger she'd never noticed that she was nothing more than a tag along. However, as time passed and she got older, Marietta had realized that she was a secondary player in this world. Someone designed to play the supporting role and never the lead. Her actions as a teenager had moved her back even further and it was something she still carried over her head and felt that others did as well. "Not that I blame them, I've never been the most exciting person."
She rested her elbow on the bar and cradled her chin in her hand as she watched Dominic pull some ingredients together. "I'm sure you've picked up a few tricks simply by being in his presence." Not only that but from where she stood it seemed people tended to actually gravitate toward him and crave his opinion. Therefore, she felt confident that he would do a brilliant job.
