Dominic and Marietta
Dominic never truly minded being roped into doing events for the pub, not even ones that fell on a Saturday. He'd complained a little, mostly to tease Seamus, but once he'd discovered he was getting to set the obstacle course he'd settled to with a will. He cast one last steadying charm, to make sure the tables and chairs would be almost impossible to knock over in the scramble, before making his way over to where Marietta was pacing. "Warming up for the race?" he teased. "I didn't think you were participating."
He shoved his hands into his pockets, wishing he could have a cigarette while they waited but knowing Seamus wouldn't hear of it inside the pub. "You don't know how tempted I was to add some extra enchantments to that obstacle course. Make the space underneath the table smaller than it looked or add a bouncy seat to one of the chairs." There was just a hint of mischief in his smile as he suggested, "Maybe next time?" In his opinion it could make for an interested and unexpected additional element to the game.
