Morning After
Last night was craic! Anyone need a hangover potion? I've got a few put by and don't mind sending them out.

As far as I know seven teams turned up to the right place - London Zoo’s Reptile House, in case anyone was still wondering. Well done to Aidan Lynch and Gwenog Jones who got there first. Commiserations to everyone else, but I hope you had a good time and take comfort in the fact that your money's going to charity.

If you've not all gone on the dry after last night, I'm giving myself Thursday afternoon and evening off. I'll be starting at Finnigan's and then moving to Wingbeat if anyone wants to join me.

If you had to get beat, at least you lost to Quidditch pros. No shame in that. I, on the other hand, must have had some of Paddy's own luck on my side because instead of being bored out of my mind waiting for people to turn up, I scored my self a date! Or a date-thing, anyway. That said, are you confused, mate? It's only Wednesday. I won't be hung-over until Friday. Keep up. His name is Martin, he works at the reptile house and I charmed him with stories of my native land. Tall, good-looking, great smile. He's going to some club in muggle London on Saturday and invited me along.

You know if you were meant to be working I'd have come to get you. I'm working all day today, all day Friday and until 8ish on Saturday to make up for all the work I'm missing this week.

I did feel a bit of a berk standing there when I'd already looked at all the snakes twice. Thank Godric Martin came to my rescue for a bit.

Since you're not working, maybe you should try that sleeping thing. I hear it does a body good. Next year I'm going with my original plan and hiding at the Kenmare stadium. Much more exciting. I know. I'm going to have to get there early. Hermione's not seating people apparently and I've been extra twitchy about people behind me the last few weeks. Although I don't know there will be many people there.

Like I said I'm going to hang around for a while. You can work. I'll sit in a corner and make a nuisance of myself! I won't come home with you, I've been told I have to go home for lunch myself.
