Journal Entry: Tristan Travers

I can't sleep.
All I want to do is sleep.
It hurts to move.
I'm terribly restless.

I get up.
I go to my appointments.
I go to my work.
I go to my community service.
I go to bed.

I smile when I'm supposed to.
I respond how I'm supposed to.
I do what I'm supposed to.
But I am not as I am supposed to be.

There is nothing and everything, and I don't know what to do.

Today is one of those aches and pains kind of days. Plants can be painfully heavy, but at least there's a hot tub with my name on it. But I don't think If I can get the energy to go to it, that is.

Oh darling. I'll bring some bath stuff and such and you can soak and then wrap up in your blanket. We'll cuddle and listen to the radio or something, yes?

I'm not entirely sure how that would go over in this instance. However, this is very good information to know, and I'll remember it if I need to lift heavy things! Thank you.
