The Winners...
Who: Seamus, Aidan and Gwenog
What: The winning team winning
Where: Reptile House, London Zoo
When: Tuesday 17th March
Rating: There might be language?

Since he had no idea how long he might be waiting to be found, Seamus had come prepared. Not only did he have his journal and a book, but also a packed lunch, two packets of peanuts and a couple of drinks. Even so, he was bored after a couple of hours. He'd done a couple of laps of the reptile house, but you could only look at snakes and lizards for so long if you weren't an expert on the creatures.

When he'd started getting weird looks from the staff in their green-and-beige uniforms (not unlike what he was wearing himself, as it happened) he'd explained that he ran an Irish pub and was doing a St Paddy's day event - obviously leaving out the magical element. One particularly tall, dark and handsome employee had taken him on (yet another) tour of the house, though Seamus found this one definitely more engaging. Sadly, his companion had duties other than entertaining Irishmen and Seamus was left to his own devices.

He propped himself up against the wall opposite the King Cobra, unfolding his list of entrants, picturing each one. He didn't want to miss them should they walk in - though, really, he was wearing a shamrock green t-shirt with 'Finnigan' in block white letters across the back, it should really be up to them to find him.

"Lynch, I unintentionally pulled a Starfish without the supporting hand on Friday night, you're lucky I'm not a splat on the fucking ground!" she returned incredulously. "The cane is pretty minor." It wasn't like she hadn't mentioned she was out for two weeks. If she were a muggle she'd barely have been moving by now, she was fairly sure.

She held her cane and gestured expansively to it with her other hand. "I have a cane and I'm banned from training, how do you think I am?" she asked, giving him an extremely fake smile. She was also clearly banned from dancing, which was making her extra grouchy, and sex was right out. She apparently needed to acquire some less active hobbies.

"Like you said, you're 'not a splat on the fucking ground'" he quoted with a small shrug. "Right. The reptile house." He said looking over the map quickly before handing it over to her. "Even the shortest path is still a fair jaunt. You up to it?"

Gwenog examined the map, it had been years since she'd been to a zoo, and she'd been to the Welsh Mountain Zoo which was rather bigger as far as she knew. She frowned at the map and sighed. "Bring it on, I'll just spend the rest of the day off my feet again. We better fucking win for this." She was in it, and in it to win.

"Not too fast though. I don't want to tear things again. Two weeks out is enough, thanks," she said. Let it not be said that she wasn't both ambitious and stubborn. She pointed to her preferred route, which looked marginally shorter. "This way."

She looked over and pointed to the ticket booths, indicating that they should pay to get themselves in. They could probably magic their way in but that would bring the Ministry down on them and that seemed like a stupid plan just for a scavenger hunt.
