Curiosity satisfied, for the moment, Seamus focused his attention on the sheet, nodding over her outlined ideas. "Sounds pretty good," he said, smiling. He liked when people brought him ideas, and it didn't happen all that often. It might not take off, sometimes groups started that fizzled out within a few months, but anything he could add to the schedule to get more customers in the door was good news for him.
He grinned. "We could always make it a summer thing," he suggested. "I'd guess ice cream cocktails and the rest of these things wouldn't sell so well in winter. That gives us a good few months to come up with something else. If you want to keep it running that long, of course." His brain was still ticking, as it so often did. "Maybe next month we could do something in the garden." He didn't mean to keep harping on it, but it seemed like something that might bring both their aims together. "Or save it for July or August and do something messy with water, to help everyone cool off." Already, he was thinking of a water fight - with some kind of prize for the winning team, though how that would even be judged he wasn't sure.
