"What kind of task?" Seamus asked, still focused on getting the venue sorted. "If you were thinking something athletic that doesn't require too much magic outside would work. The furniture's not set up yet - we keep it indoors over winter, so we could use your event as a sort of celebration of the re-opening." It would work well, for him, but he wasn't trying to push. Sometimes it was hard for him to reign in his own ideas when he was supposed to be helping other people with theirs.
Though he pulled the paper towards him when she offered it, it was the book he was more interested in. He flicked through some of the recipes, intrigued. It would never have occurred to him to mix ice cream and alcohol - but why not? Surely two things that were so good apart would only be better together? He knew several of his customers had a sweet tooth that his regular cocktail menu didn't quite satisfy. "Or we could name one of the drinks after the winners," he suggested. True, lots of the drinks already had names - but Seamus often used muggle cocktail recipes and tweaked the names to be more wizard-friendly, so renaming a drink for a competition didn't phase him at all.
