Marietta had seen the announcement earlier about the upcoming St. Patrick's Day festivities. She was fairly certain that would take precedent over anything she could possibly offer. Still, she had written an outline and it would be something that would offer a little of fun, give someone bragging rights, and maybe make Seamus a bit more money. Surely it could be a win win if the idea took off. She was willing to do the work to create the advertisement, gather supplies, run the events and create a wall of recognition. First though, she had to sell Seamus on the idea which scared her. He had mentioned cards and board games and she was thinking a little bit outside of the box.
"Hello," she greeted him when he came it. She placed a book of dessert drinks on the table. It was the first part of the crazy kick off event she had in mind. "Pear cider sounds good," she nodded. "Also, if you've got a moment I've thought of a kick off event that I'd like to do the last Saturday of the month." Yes, that would work if he was okay with it. They could have cards and board games the second Saturday of each month with a bigger event the last Saturday of each month.
