Harry couldn't help but glance down at her shoes, and winced in sympathy. "Yeah, they hurt like Hell after a few hours, don't they?" He didn't realize until after he said it that admitting he knew what it felt like to wear women's high heels might not be the best way to make a good impression on someone he was already on rocky ground with.
At her question, he grinned slightly. "Yeah, still in the Ministry. The cafeteria to be exact. Where were you trying to get to? I could walk you there. The least I could do." He tucked the folders under his arm, and widened his smile. "Or if you're hungry, lunch is on me. The Elves do up a good lunch. Not quite to Hogwarts' standards, but better than I could do on my own bringing sandwiches from home."
