Smiling at her enjoyment, Marcus slowed near the outside of her circle, close enough to hear but far enough to not be in her way. "It is nice," he agreed, and though he no longer felt like a broom was the only place he was comfortable, it would always be the first place he'd felt like himself, rather than a reflection of his parents, and he could understand the sentiment.
With a shrug of his shoulders, he answered, "For the most part. Podd and Moore are alternatively not aggressive enough, or fighting over which Bludger each is going to take care of. It's taking us a while to find our rhythm again, which is what I think is causing the slump." Pausing for a deep breath, Marcus continued, "There was something I wanted to tell you though." He still wasn't sure of exactly how to share his news, but he did add, "It's nothing bad," because he didn't want Bryony to worry as he attempted to find his voice.
