I've had the same song stuck in my head all day and it isn't even a good one. The worst part is that I don't even know how I got it in my head in the first place.

So, if The Hobgoblins come on the wireless at the pub tonight, no one get upset if I retune it for a bit, okay?

The answer is to get a NEW tune stuck in your head, preferably one better than the old one.

Are you sure?

I know an impressive number of American hip hop numbers. They sound terrible on guitar but it would make you forget whatever you have stuck!
