Dominic's hands went out instinctively to steady the girl who crash-landed onto his lap. The stools were rooted to the floor, so there was no real chance of them toppling to the floor but better safe than sorry. Dominic was just glad he hadn't gotten a handful of anything too inappropriate. "It's alright," he said, shouting a little to be heard above the music. "No harm done."
He'd helped her back onto her feet before he realised who it was. "Hermione," he greeted, smiling. They didn't really know one another, but everyone knew who Hermione was and Dominic had seen her often enough around the pub not to feel awed by her. "You okay there? Didn't hurt yourself?"
