Aidan headed into Finnigan's for the first time in quite a span of time. He had been meaning to, but well... he kept getting distracted. That was the best way to put it. However, he finally made it. He headed over to the main bar and looked over what they had. He finally ordered a Dragon Scale and found an empty stool, watching the other patrons and people passing by.

Viktor decided to hit the pub after practice. His mother was watching the children and had urged him to take a couple hours for himself. He was a bit at a loss for what to do, but he knew he should be sociable, so he'd come in for a drink.

He smiled and greeted a few people quietly, brushing off a not subtle proposition from one woman, and went up to the bar to order something. He'd given his order to a bartender when he looked around and spotted a familiar face. "Aidan! Ah, it has been a little vhile. How are you?"

	Aidan broke out of the almost-stupor when he heard his name, and turned toward the voice. "Viktor! Good to see you," he said, sticking out his hand for Viktor to shake. "I'm doing well. How are you?" Aidan hadn't been expecting to run into someone he knew, so this was a pleasant surprise. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Viktor shook it firmly. "Taking a rare night for myself," he said, smiling. "Thought I'd get a drink and see if anyvone is around, and here is someone!" A pleasant surprise, especially as Fin was busy and unavailable. Everyone was, though, a bit, in preparation for the season coming up again.

"Are you drinking alone, or vould you like to join me?" he asked. "Ve can grab a booth and catch up, or something."

	Aidan nodded, and stood up, "It would be nice to catch up. How're the Magpies these days?" Aidan used to be able to rattle off the stats of opposing teams, but now enjoyed just briefly glancing at the columns in the Daily Prophet. He looked around the pub for an empty booth and spotted one, pointing it out to Viktor. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

"Working hard for the season booting up again," Viktor said, and it was true. He'd been working everyone's tails off for the last while, but all toward a good reason. He wanted them to be at the top and stay at the top, and if they ended up hating him for it, well, they'd still love being at the top, so his work as team captain would be done. "They'll all curse me to hell, but celebrate victory if it can be ours."

He ordered a drink and headed toward the indicated booth. "So what have you been up to?" he asked curiously.
