Dear Dominic,

I am looking into the possibility of making some modifications to Wingbeat and would like to invite you to consult on the possibilities and if it is possible to give an estimate for the work to be carried out.

What I would like to do is as follows:

- Create a sectioned off area in which sound is more muted and there are limits on numbers who can enter.
- Create this area without it being significantly differentiated from the rest of the floor
- Consider the possibility of creating a more accessible route to the upper floor.
