Dean had dozed off at some point after he'd taken his potion, which had been some time after he'd finished crying. That had been hours ago now, his date plans long since overtaken by the fact he'd broken up with his girlfriend.
He didn't register Seamus arriving upstairs, or even his voice really, but the shift of the bed disturbed something slightly and he snuffled and shifted a bit. As Seamus continued to talk he slowly woke, eyes slowly opening to realise he wasn't alone in the bed any longer, and the bed he was in was Seamus'.
"Hey," he said quietly, slightly muffled as he uncurled himself and stretched. He was still feeling pretty leaden from the crying and the calming potion and his movements were slow and sluggish.
"Ophelia and I broke up," he said after a few seconds of silence, remembering why he was there.
