Oh, they're 'encouraging' you? I think that's their 'polite' way of saying they might be on the verge of starting to get really annoying.
If you need help with this, please don't hesitate to stop by either the Foundation office or at home if it's after office hours. Personally I'm not the best at navigating the Ministry or conversing in Legalese, but I do have access to people who do. And if you want to play along with them, I have a flat for rent and possibly a full-time position at the Foundation office in Monument Alley.
Other than that, I think the only thing I can offer is a Healer's note to prove that you're being supervised by me in case of... whatever made you sick in the first place.
