About once a month, Vinopolis, in the muggle side of town, has a whiskey tasting night where customers can sample the top shelf brands for the price of well booze.

Seems pretty popular. I asked one of the bartenders about it, and he told me the good stuff kills people's taste for the cheaper liquor so they make out in the long run.
