After an extended Christmas break in Sheffiled, Lucy had left herself little choice but to dive back into work on January 5th and keep at it until she'd cleared the backlog she'd created in her absence. She'd worked late Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday... by Thursday afternoon she was more than ready for the week to be over, but it simply wasn't. There was still more work to do, more e-mails to answer. She worked until seven and then decided she'd go crazy if she didn't get out of the office. It felt like it had been ages since her last trip to Monument Alley, and the pub there had done good food last time she'd been in, so it was with a confidence and an eagerness she wouldn't have believed a few months ago that Lucy had travelled the short distance into the magical world once more.

Sitting at the bar sipping a 'Gryffin D'or' (Chambord and pineapple juice), Lucy had looked over the menu. There were definitely some changes since she'd last looked and she ordered a few different things she thought might be interesting, assuming they would be small tapas-like portions... When three full-size plates arrived, Lucy was dismayed for an instant and then just laughed. "Anyone want to share?" she asked hopefully, looking around at the other patrons by the bar - and indeed those on the tables closest. "I can't eat all this myself."
